Am I Entitled to COBRA if the Company Goes Out of Business?

Typically, no. The company must have an employee health insurance plan in force for you to be entitled to COBRA. If the company is out of business, it's not likely to have such. However, you might be entitled to COBRA under a collective bargaining agreement, such as an employer-union contract.
