How are claims handled – is there a lot of paperwork?
One advantage of being part of an HMO or PPO plan is there’s
usually no need for claim forms. Once they have obtained a copy
of your health insurance identification card, your in-network
provider will facilitate the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
